Will a ver 5 engine run in a ver 3 car?

Default Will a ver 5 engine run in a ver 3 car?

Hi all just a quick one my mate has just fitted a ver 5 engine into a ver 3 car and realised the inlet is different if I use a ver 5 inlet and the injectors from the ver 3 will it run ok being the later engine need to know asap people thanks

Sorry to say no it won´t
For starters.....
The engine looms are different
The V3 and V5 inlets are not interchangeable

With a huge amount of hassle you could probaly eventually get it to work
Best solution pull the V5 engine sell it and drop a a V3/4 engine in.
