I have a Bugeye WRX

I'm really hoping someone on here is clued up with these boxes, I've had a look and cant find the exact info for the boxes i've mentioned below....

Had a disagreement with my gearbox this morning when trying to select second..... i believe its stripped some teeth from the gear and made a mess of the synchro!

Looked at my chassis plate and it says my box type is: TY754VN2AA

However i remember looking through my paperwork and seeing it had a replacement box fitted in 2009, so put it on the ramp at work and dropped the oil along with a few teeth from the second gear i guess. Thought i would check the sticker of the one on my car and its different to the chassis plate, the one fitted is: TY754VN1AA

Now i have come across a good priced: TY752VN5BA is this a direct swap? Do i need the paired diff?
