hi i put my engine and gearbox in my classic saloon shell as i stripped my wagon,
to build the saloon..
when fitting the prop end in to the gearbox i needed to pull the prop out abit of where it goes in the gearbox so i could line the holes up where the prop bush mount bolts to ,is that how it sits? as i dont know for sure if it does,or will i need to unbolt the sub frames to move the engine back morei dont have a clue if its like this,,please help

 

The prop wont be pushed fully into the box. Sounds like what youve done is correct
