Ok i have decided that if the car is not sold within the next week i will be breaking it

I want to sell the engine and gearbox before i advertise the smaller bits and pieces, i will list engine and box spec and prices now then add other bits when i have sold them on.

2.1 Jun/cosworth ej20 cdb bare long block

- EJ20 CDB
- acid-dipped, media blasted and threads retapped
- rear thrust conversion
- 14mm head-stud conversion
- 0.5mm bore and hone
- faces skimmed.
- Cosworth 92.5 mm stroker pistons
- Jun stroker con rods
- Centre thrust 79mm crank shaft
- Cosworth 14mm head stud and dowel conversion
- ACL race big and and main bearings
- RCM uprated oil pump
- 4 layer uprated head gasket set
- V4 heads, heavily ported and polished, Jun 272/272 cam shafts with
cosworth 14mm head stud conversion

One of the block halves had a very small hairline crack on the external waterway so was professionally repaired, this consisted of V'ing out the crack slightly, heating the block and alloy welding it, this shouldn't and will not affect the price of the engine, it has been tested etc and inspected and does not/will not be any cause for concern.
The engine has done around 1600 miles of which 1000 were running in miles, it has always been run on motul 300v competion and has seen no more than 1.8bar boost. This engine was built for high boost and big power

OR can be sold as a complete ready to run long block as above but including

-Phase 1.5 black inlet manifold including parallel rails, braided lines, turbo smart fpr, billet inlet manifold spacers, mad hammer catch can with piping, 1000cc phase 2 injectors with adapters, black alternator, ps relocation kit, etc all ready to drop in and bolt up and run, just add headers etc.

PPG 5 speed dog box, recently refreshed by Paul at zen and since done around 600 miles.
Proven on 9 second drag cars.
You'd be hard pushed to find a gearbox with a spec like this for this price.

Inlet and rails etc has been enquired about with full engine etc so is possibly spoken for, will let you know if not chap.

I haven't advertised the uppipe/down pipe yet mate as said at start of thread will advertise other bits when engine/gearbox has gone, but, the uppipe and down pipe will be advertised as a complete system inc centre section an back box for £600 as its all slip jointed.

As above for fuel system, it will be advertised as a package minus engine parts, ie rails etc, unsure in price at the mo, around £400 inc both pump, swirl pot, filter etc.

 

600 is gud for me u can put me down for the full system.

On the for sale thread for the whole car I'd said ill try and keep track of people's enquiries in the order they asked and get back to them if was certain I was breaking.
No bits will be removed from the car till the engine and box have sold so potential buyers can see them running, I again apologise for this but I'd rather be able to show buyers working items so they can be sure I'm genuine with what I'm selling, hope you understand guys.
