Rear trailing arm lower bush change

As above, I'm trying to remove the bottom trailing arm bush.
I don't really want to have to take the hub off the car so is there any other way of getting it out?

you can torch it but you should just take it off and put it under a arbor press(at least 2 ton)
but then how will you get it back in with no leverage

I have a hydraulic press and I have everything unbolted anyway other than the strut that is seized on...... Penetrating fluid, heat, swearing..... Just can't get it off!
what kind of heat are u using you should be using oxy acetylene or something hotter and get it red hot but I'm guessing you are having trouble with what we call here in america the jesus bolt because only he can help you lmao if you are leaving it on the car then get a 6 foot breaker bar and 3 friends if you are taking it off the car just cut it off and drill it out idk what kind of tools you have but if you ever come to america i'd be happy to help you lol
the rear lateral arm bolt and arm arrangement is one of the worst you can take on - i cut all the bolt heads of with a slitting disc on the grinder and as above post use major heat - even then be prepared for hell - sorry m8 its just one of these things you have to go through there is no magic solution - once youve finished it pat yourself on the back as youl have earned it

No kev dont take this on unless you have a workshop a lot of time and a lot of heat. It looks easy as its only a m14 bolt. Dont be fooled m8 its a brute. Dont replace the outer bushes unless you are replacing the inner. If your complete this task you are a subaru master!

Last time I took on the big bolt from hello it was to put in new lateral links replacing the links took about 30 min but that dam bolt took 4 hours lol with a lot of heat u can take it on if u have no way to heat it up dont bother just replace everything from the knuckles to the rear x member
