Looks clean to me; my blob was 6 years old when the filter was first changed, and a small germ warfare factory was established on it. A dealer would charge you £ 55 for the filter, plus the labour!!

I know; 20 min job and done, that was the last service item to replace.
It was quite full of dirt/crap between the pleats of the filter!
