Default KT Green (Subaru Dealers) - A1 service

I have seen quite a few horror stories on here relating to dealers or garages so I wanted to call out some positive stuff.

As you may have seen from another post my suspension strut looks like it has failed on my RB320 so I need to take it back for this to be replaced. I also have a couple of leaks in my boot and the most annoying squeak on my dash. I rang the dealers (KT Green of Otley today) and there was no messing about, just booked in, confirmed all covered under Subaru warranty and work to be done next Monday. I asked if I could have a curtousy car for the day - 'No problem'.

Some would say that as I only got the car 4 weeks ago then it should be covered but what impressed me was the no nonsense approach - 'Bring it in and we will sort it'. Guys like this deserve success.

My only concern is that the loan car is a Subura Justy 1.0 R. I am assuming the R stands for Race...

I had very good warranty service from Simpsons of Swindon recently, but watch out for the courtesy car charge on your bill; something they did not mention when offering it !!

Just out of curiosity - was it the garage warranty or Subaru warantee that covers your shocks? I have a 56 plate hawk sti, and the rear shock regularly knocks. Just wondered how long the warranty covers this item for?

Tell them you love the car but the other half isn't happy. She wants something that's faster and smaller and she loves the look of Kia's.

You never know they might give you a 330s

KT Green, I'm glad they are still trading. I bought my Turbo 2000 new from them in 1997, and yes I still own it today:-)
