While David's away - the DIY engine and turbo rebuild thread?
Well, while Mr Wallis is away sunning himself and, at a guess, drinking I reckon we could be on for a good wind-up.
We need a thread from someone who's got a bit of mechanical knowledge to bluff their way through rebuilding their engine and turbo...
...out of bits off a Leyland truck.
Of course, the pistons will be stronger from a truck, so they've gone in, and it just happens that a transit's bottom end mates perfectly into the existing block..
etc. Could be a hell of a shock for him when he gets back
Shameful behaviour, but it could be a wonderful wind-up.
Anyone?
