Question

recently went full de-cat on my MY00 Scooby and now my power plots are all over the place so will need some adjustments made to my ECU, with it being the standard Subaru ECU i will have to take it to a Subaru dealer?

was wondering which dealers in the North / Midlands people recommend for this time of work?

cheers, peccy

Not sure what you mean by adjustments to the ECU.... As far as I am aware Subaru dealers will not remap or otherwise fiddle with the ECU; the most they can do is plug it into the Select Monitor and tell you what's wrong with the car or just do a reset on it.

For actual remapping of a standard ECU to accomodate new mods you would have to speak to EcuTek as they are the only folks that can do this.

peccy,

hello mate, try farmers of matlock. not sure how much they'll be able to help you but have been subaru service centre for donkeys years and have never let me down. 01629 582103, ask for Dan who came out for a drive with us on sunday (leg turbo estate), he'll sort you out.
