I read your original post before it got deleted, and for what it's worth think you are fully justified in the action you are taking, and I hope you are successful in your case.

BUT...I don't think this forum has been or should be one for complete freedom of speech. It is run as a result of other people donating their time for free, and at other people's expense. If the webmaster saw fit to delete your post, then I'm sure there were good reasons for it, and perhaps equally good reasons why the action couldn't be explained there and then.

And you and Spudgun are really doing yourself no favours with the amount of ridiculous spamming you've been doing this evening. If you have a problem, contact the moderators by email, not everyone else wants to read the same old cr4p in loads of different threads.
