Which Castrol Syntrax Gear oil?

Hi

I need to know which of the three catrol syntrax 75/90 gear oils to use on my 6 speed box.

There is 'Universal', 'limited slip' and 'longlife'.

I'm guessing longlife?

Does anyone know?

I thought it was called Driveline now, and is on the shelf at Halfords
