Am I right in thinking that the iacv is like is to the right off the inlet? With 2 screws.. And it's like a piston thing??

 

Thr MY99-00 ICV is straight off the throttle body which attaches to the thick chode like intercooler hose. It has 2 small (M4 I think) screws, one either side. It's a bit like a small piston valve, yeah. Pop off the screws and spray with carb cleaner usually de-cloggs it
