Hello Gents, ive got a classic turbo 2000 on a 2000, its delveloped an intermittent gearbox fault, sometimes going into second it feels a bit strange on the stick, like if you imagine a sponge around the stick at the base not letting it quite go into gear how it wants, then when you go from 2nd to 3rd it doesnt go anywhere it like hits a wall until you select 2nd again and then it goes into 3rd like normal. I've done a search but cant quite find the same problem. The cars done 82000 and had gearbox oil changed at 70000 and level checked at 80000.

Do i need to get the gearbox looked at or do you think its the linkage.
