Both look like junk. The only ones to get if your under 360hp are a set of Harvey's ported headers and up pipe, then for higher power gt spec headers or hks.

The one exception seems to be the Williams Motorsport headers which ive heard good reports on.

It's not just about power, the cheap ones don't last long they always crack,& you may not get a refund. RCM headers are the best but Harvey & ScoobyClinic do good ones too. Don't waste your cash on that EBAY crap you'd be far better with standard ported headers. Equal length loses the burble sounds like a superbike.

They are WMS on here, I have a set but haven't fitted them yet. If you look in the projects section he's involved with engine mapper on his thread.

Cheers guys for the advise, i will stay away from ebay ones, just dont really want to be spending... Sorry ment can not afford spending £500+ on a manifold.. Are there any reasonably priced un-equal headers forsale?

Buy cheap ... buy twice! .... cheap manifolds are just trampswank!

Avoid 2 bolt flange up pipes like the plague, its hard enough keeping a gasket in the three bolt ones! And the cheap ones have variances on the flushness of this mating face so gaskets just pop out the gap!

ive found lateral performance GT spec headers to be a bit of a bargain, manifold, up pipe, all gaskets and fittings, plus a roll of wrap for £550 ish.

Good choice won't go wrong with those, good idea to wrap them before fitting.

Keeps the heat in your exhaust where it can feed the turbo rather than in your engine bay where it can cook your induction charge or even set fire to things..... Complete ballache of a job to do properly but definately worth it imo.
