Bought a washer jet pump from eBay and fitted it last weekend and its already stopped working. The company its from have offered to send me another 1 but I'm worried it will just do the same thing. Does anyone know where I can get a decent 1 from as I can't find 1 anywhere but ebay. Would I be able to get it from a subaru dealer bearing in mind the cars 14 years old and an import?

As said above, it'd be silly not to try another if it's free.. Might last 5 years

Is that the one on ebay from "redline auto extreme" for about £6.50? got a red cap and is oddly a third of the price of all the others .... i gave one of those a punt aswell and it lasted 3 days!

Wouldnt waste my time with a replacement and they didnt do refunds so i chalked that one down to experience and bought a one from a breakers thats been going for months.

Halfrauds want about £25 for one! but thats better than £6.50 and the waste of a stamp.

 

Yeah that's the 1 thought it would probably be ****e but thought I'd take a chance if you've had the same i won't bother getting the replacement il get 1 elsewhere

 

They shouldn't be alowed to sell them if they only work for a few days!
