a mate of mine has a classic & i think his big end bearings have gone so he's thinking of a re-build with forged parts.

I said i'd try and help him keep his budget down and try to find out where the best & cheapest place to get the kit for a forged build from.

buy the best you can get its a false economy to by cheap, get good advice try Alan Jefferys he is one of the best and is very approachable

 

advanced get ther stuff from roger clark and the likes and ther prices are great

 

As above, ask respected tuners on here where to source and what to buy/avoid.

 

A few people have mentioned buying from the USA can be cost effective...
