P-clip mounting?

ok iv got my oil pressure gauge fitting kit, just wondering where abouts people have mounted the P-clip it comes with to hold it?

If its same length as the one I bought, I routed it under the alternator and put the p clip on one of the cam belt cover bolts on the n/s cam cover
