Default Oil pump, uprated or standard

Ok as the title suggests, not sure what to go for, whats the difference and how much / which one and where from.

A respected tuner has said standard subaru is best, just wanted to know the general opinion as i need one sharpish.

I used a A.P.I modified oil pump mate, most people either use A.P.I or RCM oil pumps. An A.p.i costs around £120 in exchange for the old one
