Hi all,

My reverse gear 'went' in my WRX UK300 Prodrive. My and my mechanic mate have taken the gearbox out (clutch and flywheel being replaced too while we're at it but we have that bit sorted).

He's asked me to find some technical info, some PDF or something I can download somewhere perhaps? regarding stripping the gearbox.

Couple of questions:=

• Is there something I can download to help us strip the box? I'd prefer to do this than buy something I don't know the history of.
• Failing that - does the UK300 Prodrive have a different gearing from anything else? Perhaps I could stick any gearbox in that reconditioned?
• Know of any recon gearbox place should I need to go down this route?
