Cant go wrong with either a standard exedy or performance version.

id go for the pink box as this is the upgraded version and for the extra cost its worth it as it can handle more power so is good if your planning on more mods.

i went for one of the ACC xtremes from scoobyclinic ...... not that expensive and probably as capable as a single plate gets!

Also, if you can wait a few days, realstreetperformance.com (usa) can supply single plates with massive torque capabilities that arent unusable on the road!

First question I'd ask mate is what kind of power are you running?

I have an uprated exedy and the release bearing rattles like mad when you take your foot off the accelerator. Been told this is a common problem in exedy? Put me right off buying another one tbh

Cheers Tommy :noteworthy

For that power (and up to 400bhp) there is no need to buy cheap paddle clutches that won't be nice to drive. Exedy Racing Organic is around the same price, a proven brand and will do the job perfectly without having to compromise the drive or reliability.

Aztec Performance Online - Exedy Racing Organic Anti Judder Version (pink box) - UK's Best Prices Guaranteed.

The one linked on my previous post is good for 400bhp. Beyond that I would consider a Exedy Twin Plate:

For the pads (on offer at just £47.99 delivered!): http://www.superhids.co.uk/brakes/br...ront-set-.html
