They are available already in the UK for the same money as you are charging.
Asking someone to pay £1100 for an engine block they can get from a UK source - and with some sort of comeback - is asking a lot

Very true, it is asking a lot, but it's not asking anything unreasonable, I'm not forcing you or anyone else to buy it from me.
