Saw a reddish blue 4- door Turbo a few hundred yards North of Junction 9 on the M90. The car was stationary on the hard shoulder facting North (i.e. pointing in the direction of oncoming traffic).

Plod was in attendance quizzing the driver/passenger, and another car was speeding to the scene. Looked like the car might have been nicked, and driven the wrong way up the motorway on the hard shoulder.
