HT Autos STI8 Scoop on a WRX

Hi all,

Just taken delivery of a HT Autos STI8 replica scoop for my Blobeye; dammned good quality piece of kit, it's going off to be prepped and painted today but can anyone advise if I need to change the undertray to an STI one or can I stick with the WRX one? I've got a standard WRX intercooler.

Has anyone else fitted one of these? If so how did you get on?

You can stay with WRX undertray like i on standard intercooler

Scoop

Have you changed to the larger STI Intercooler - if yes then you need the undertray (Diffuser and Bellows as Subaru list them). If not then stick with the WRX one.

Why change the scoop tho' without the intercooler?

Blob STi scoop is taller than the WRX item so the change is cosmetic only.........you only need to swap the scoop over and leave the undertray.
