My car has started making a lovely grinding noise.
It only makes the noise when I have my foot on the clutch.
I noticed when I last had the box off the release bearing clip was damaged but due to a tight time schedule was forced to re-fit it.
I also notice it has got harder to get into 1st and reverse and it sometimes takes the clutch pedal to be pumped a few times before it goes into gear.

Box is coming off on Tue for a look I am hoping its just the realease bearing as Im not sure what else it might be if it is not this.
