not to sure about width and offset how would i check it. also i would like it to sell with the tyres. all tyres have good tred left expect one round the edge as u can see

It should be stamped on the inside of the rim somwhere.
The width will be something like this, 7.5J, that would be stamped on a 7.5" rim.
The offset will read like this, et45, that would be a 45mm offset.
