Help required!!!!!!
I recently had MY00 in for 30000 service and requested the garage to look into a problem at tick over. When the engine is allowed to tick over and the the accelerator is pressed the revs die off as though its about to stall and the roar into life. The garage tells me it couldn't find anything wrong on the diagnostics and would have to replace parts in turn to try and sort the problem (major expense and time!!!!). Has anyone else suffered from this problem???

 

My P 1 had same prob... it was the Oxygen sensor, replaced under warranty :-)

 

Is the Oxygen sensor also called the Lambda sensor ?
