breaking my hi spec 97 catalunya
As title I'm going to be stripping my car starting this weekend 
i have owned it for seven years now and after lots of fun and many shows/ runs and hours spent working on it i finally want a change
most of the parts i had bought for the car were new items and not second hand and engine has covered around 3,500 to 4,500 miles
right here we go this is rough spec of the car and what car it is
ENGINE MODIFICATIONS:
bhp 454.1 and 462.2 ft lb torque @ 1.5 bar
Semi closed 2.5 '04 - '06 USDM Sti block.
Manley platinum series forged pistons/rings 100ml.
Manley forged rods.
Wrx sti rear thrust crank.
ARP rod bolts.
ARP head studs.
ACL race bearings.
manifold.
Parallel fuel rail conversion.
High flow cnc fuel rails.
Roger Clarke 10ml manifold spacers.
advance automotive modified oil pump.
advance automotive waterpump.
Apexi avcr boost controller.
Simtek ecu with 2 maps and anti lag mapped by jolly green monster to 1.5 bar -
-1st map v power second map v power plus 20% e85 mix.
Large front mount intercooler.
Open neck down pipe 3" straight through.
Blitz nur spec r rear back box 3" to 4 1/2".
Blitz nur spec center section thats been modified to a true 3".
Lateral performance MD321S turbocharger.
Lateral performance modified 440cc flow tested to 930cc injectors.
Carl davey injector adapters.
Goodridge -6an braided fuel lines.
Walbro 225 fuel pump.
Fuel lab pressure regulator. PROVISIONALLY SOLD EGGY790
Wrc baffled sump.
Roger Clarke lightweight alloy pulley's.
Type ra metal cam pulleys..

Cusco zero 1 coilovers with pillowball mounts.
Front and rear alloy strut brace's.
Cusco h brace.
Alloy rear drop links with nylon bushes.
Whiteline sway bar bushes front and rear.
Whiteline anti-lift kit.
Sti group n spec engine mounts.
Sti group n dog bone gearbox mount.
Alloy lower arms.
WHEELS/TYRES MODIFICATIONS:
18" prodrive pfff reps in gunmetal. PROVISIONALLY SOLD BUFF01
Toyo T1S 215/35/18 rubber.
Prodrive centre caps.

i will take parts off as i go along and when i have a spare five mins here and there as i work from 7.00am till 4.30pm all week and also have two kids under the age of 3 so please bare with me

got these off today my v3/4 simtek ecu with cold air sensor and anti lag, it has two maps on it for my 2.5 one v power and the other v power with e85

md321s garrett turbo from lateral performance / turbo dynamics
made 454 bhp and 462 ftlb torque at 1.5 bar on my 2.5
this s has the bigger turbo blades the same as the md321t+
these turbos are £1200+ new
will take £600
comes with water pipes and the braided oil hose too
