Default Clunking noises from the rear

I have a jdm bug sti, the current mods are apex coilovers, front and rear arbs, drop links and alk. The Whiteline stuff was done around xmas, but now I have an extremely annoying clunk form the rear at low speeds and when changing gear. It usually happens when im crawling along in 1st or 2nd, on and off the throttle, doesnt really happen above 30mph, (or I cant hear it), but its driving me mad now. Any ideas what it could be please?

Is your jack secure and is the jack handle correctly fitted under the hardboard wheel well cover. The handle shouldn't be touching the boot well
