Not a trader but I have a set of ARP 11mm headstuds, these were fitted to a block but heads were not fitted before deciding to go for 14mm. They have never been torqued so as new. £140 delivered in the uk. I'd try Mark at lateral for the rest, that is where I buy all my parts.

 

I just had all what u have mentioned call mark at latterall as brad said.
