Are the Hatches OB11 complient? Id like to check for myself if my hatch had the reflash that Subaru had done to some models. Would anyone know what version the original and Subaru updated rom would be?

I think you will find that pretty much all cars made after 2000 are OBDII compliant mate, some where also compliant earlier.

Of course I am not including manufacturer specific communication topologies such as BMW's MOST system, and Subaru's Select Monitor.

Select monitor? I have now read the ECU and can confirm that my ECU has not been updated, which I will booking in for right away. Just for info my Early 08 had AZ1G201G and AZ1G202G is the reflashed rom id.

I have to say that I live very close to the top of Britain, so popping down the delears aint a 30min jont, coupled by the fact that the nearest delearship told me after 10mins conferring that I would need to book my car in as it needs to be done via Japan. In a nutshell, window broken and confidance lying outside it!
Naturally I know nothing and am just a useless customer so I will book in and see what happens, should be a simple painless proceedure.................

Sorry just replied to your pm on GR Series...

Its bollocks that the car needs to be done via japan. your dealer should have the pak file allready on the ssm3 ready to install. they just cant be bothered with the paperwork more like.
