Default ihi vf34 in a wrx bug eye? questions

hi all ive started getting all my stuff ready for a remap ,already on the car (bug eye wrx).. sti inter cooler, turbo back exhaust, hks boost gauge, and a vf34 this was all on the car when i bought it, it has a dyno print out from well lane turbo center of 267 bhp..
Things ive bought ready are...

walbro fuel pump, new off here
sti 550 injectors(blue) del milage from litchfield imports
3 port boost solenoid used off here
modified and uprated oil pump new off here
stainless manifold and up pipe
f1 3 stage clutch (brand new bargain ebay)
Things left to get...
cdf lightweight pulleys
lightened flywheel
new cam belt

1st of all do u think the car would have had a remap to get it the 267?
2nd is there any thing i should buy to go with what ive got?
3rd what should i expect after the map with everything fitted?
thanks in advance advance tyrone

1st yes it will have had a remap for the 267
2nd Sti intercooler but i have heard the standard one will cope
3rd you will get max 340 to be same the turbo will go alot more but your engine will not so the wrx engine will cope with the 340 hp but anything past this you will start to blow gearboxesas well as a possible engine as they are not like the STI cars

Std Bug WRX is 225bhp.

So it could well be that a previous owner has mapped the existing ECU via EcuTek, yes. This is good, as it means you won't have to pay the licence fee for when you get your remap. Full EcuTeK remap (sans licence) should be around £350-400.

Expect south of 360bhp on the VF34 and you won't be disappointed.

I would have said 330hp, bonus 340, thats ZEN rollers numbers.
I could never get past 340 and that was with the benifit of 10% meth in V-power,+ water/meth injection on a VF34/Blobeye. The heads were found to be a poor example more recently but thats just luck.

Okay then, expect anywhere between 330-360 lol

But I did say expect south of 360, so can be anything below it (but not miles away, etc.)

I have an 03 WRX, mods and worked on by RCM, Harvey and mapped by Bob Rawle.
VF34, etc, etc, etc. Went to Scoobyworks RR and only just made 300 bhp. Was a waste of money! LOL. To say I came away deflated is a massive understatement, resulting in an in car arguement with the nearest human (my wife) and a dragging bottom lip for weeks.
I hope you get what you want though! Good luck and enjoy

Great result. You must be well chuffed that you managed to easily get that turbo's upper bhp figure, eh?

The OP asked what power he could get from his WRX with the stated mods, not what the VF34 is capable of on the higher spec cars

I ran 325 BHP on my similarly modded Bug WRX with a TD05 16G which pushes about the same amount of air. Made for a terrific drive without the feeling that something was going to break

What injectors do you have ?? Blue hatch injectors and the normal STi injectors are pink ??

Cheers

I think some of the estimate figures are a little high.

As mentioned above you cannot compare avcs sti results and again there would by a difference between jdm and uk avcs heads. And some models had tgvs again effecting results.

So i would think as you have the x3 cats out incl the uppipe an area of about 305-310bhp. Obviously this depends on rolling road chosen. Also you need to look at your torque figures.

@madass wat was your torque figure?

as in a 325bhp/260lb ft torque or a 305bhp/330lb ft torque which would you prefer people?
