lol, both?! I was originally just thinking about the rear... but yeh, confirmation for either would be great!

 

Im sure you have,

front diff=open
centre=viscous
rear=sure truck mounted LSD

Someone correct me if im wrong

do i need to use a special diff oil for the rear, or does it just take standard 75w90?

 

WRX do not have LSD front, centre,
Rear is only a toy lsd
It is always best to use LSD diff oil, or put LSD additive in. to stop wear.
on an 03 it will be worn out already.
If you was to fit a new/recon one you would feel the DIFFerance.
unless you drive like a girl, then it would not make any DIFFerance.

PS only joking about the girl part, some girls can drive hard.

hows it going guy can you tell me if an sti ver2 wagon has lsd and would any one know if there is ment to be a plack that denotes the no. out of 100 and the month and year of bulid on drivers side strut top many thanks
