Morning All and Merry Christmas!

I found an FM transmitter in my stocking yesterday for use with my ipod, but alas my FM reception is so bad anyway that all I get is a little bit of sound with alot of interference. I've tried it in other cars and it works perfectly!

Ive got a 1995 Impreza WRX STI with the original rear window tints and original OEM Kenwood Stereo. When the rear window heater is turned on, reception pretty much disappears all together.

Is there any mod I can do or anything to check to improve the reception?

Id check the ariel,but if thats ok you can get amps to boost the signal at least i had one on a car a few years back
