In the next week or so I will have my hands on a new Type Uk STi, Prodrive version, but I bhave problems getting quotes from insurance companies. Most do have the Type Uk listed, Tescos for example but dont list the Prodrive version.
Who will insure the Prodrive version ?

Although I only have the standard WRX - Chris Knott Insurances Services should be able to help you out. I think they specialise in performance cars and gave us a very competitive quote.
They also seem to feature fairly hevily on this forum. I'm fairly confident that will at least have heard of your car - very nice by the way, briefly drove one at dealers a few weeks ago.

but both are classed as the same for insurance purposes so dont worry and if i was you give these people a shout as they do some of the best quotes on here for STi type UK (and you can modify which CK wont let you, that includes the PPP!)

We specialise in the new Type UK (Rum* who posts on here regularly owns one too !) and have a scheme set up with one of the main insurers which includes many good features for new Subaru owners.
