Any STI7 owners change their Gearknob?

Curious, because I am unimpressed with it. Can't seem to find anything that will fit aftermarket, nothing yet for the 6MT. Heard of a Prodrive aluminum gearknob, but so far no luck in sourcing one.
Guys help me out here, please. Any other interior mods?
