Default Brake issues! Help!

Hi guys,

I've now replaced the rear discs, pads and shoes. However the problem I'm having is with the front brakes. Before I bought it they'd been upgraded to 4 pots, but I've noticed when I moving and brake whether it be harsh or gentle I hear a loud clunk sound? It doesn't happen when stationary, any ideas?

Thanks
