I ordered an aqua blade, your own shampoo and pre wax cleanser nealry 2 weeks ago.
My cheque has been cashed but have not received the goods.

ParcelForce have lost 9 parcels and yours is one of them. A new parcel out today via Royal Mail and should be there 2morro (Thursday).
