hi all before i start im sorry if this has been asked to death

im going to do a oil change on my 03 WRX (blobeye)

i've only just bought it so its my frist oil change on it

its just hit 100,000 so i was just wondering what was the best grade oil for it

also i have read about disconnecting the crank wire to run the oil through so im happy with doing the job just need help in getting the right oil

10 40 if its standard, 15 50 if its mildly tuned & 10 60 if your running stupid power.

 

its a PPP so i gess 15/ 50 would be best?

 

after speaking to oil man[tim] today he recomends 10/50w fully syn mate
