Default Transfer box/Gearbox

My car is a 99MY UK turbo and has been whining for a while now. It was suspected that the centre diff was the problem and today I found out the whining noise was coming from the transfer box. I have been recommended to source a used gearbox to save money and time so I was looking for a bit of help with this task. After a quick search would I be correct in saying that the gearbox for a 99MY has the code TY754VN1AA? Any idea of what a realistic price would be and will this work with my current rear diff? Thanks.

Yep, should be fine with rear diff as like for like swap, and costs - do a search in for sale but I'd guess at £350.
