Default Car making a whining.

The cars been making a whining noise for about last 6 months.

The mot said it might be the front cv join as it had come away, replaced today and noise still there.

I replaced the clutch bout 2 years ago.

Replaced the rear diff oil, as it sound liek the noise was coming from the middle. Ive been told maybe the diff oil isnt thick enough but its a oil for diffs.

the noise is a high pitch from 30mph> it makes a different noise when then foot is off the gas.

suggestions.

Does it change whilst cornering?
Does it make a difference if you engage the clutch whilst driving?
Have you checked all the oils? Gearbox and correct viscosity of the rear diff oil?

Are you saying that the noise audibly changes in character (or volume) depending on whether you accelerating or trailing the throttle?

Does the pitch of the whine change when the road speed changes, or when the engine speed does? Is it equally audible in all gears, or only one?

The noise has slowly gotten louder over couple months, now its quite loud.
There are two charaters of noise.
With Foot on gas there is a whining, foot off there is a kinda wwwwooo----wwwooooo------wwwwoooo.

The pitch is the same after 20mph, but is higher at high speeds.
When i say noise its loud enough for people in the street to turn and look at my car. Like everyone. There is no noise at standing start or in engine at standing.

Happens in all gears. Mostly 3,4,5. But proably 1,2 jus havent get them over 25mph.

M8 said maybe give molyslip a go.

Ive replaced the right driveshaft. Ill try get a video of it up on monday.

Sounds a bit like this but x3 worse there is another noise when released.
