auto to manual swap

hi guys i have a type-sa auto that is soon to be going manual i have all of the stuff to do it now and was just wondering if anyone has done it before and knows of anything to look ok for or tips etc

From what I remember 2 distinct camps...One saying its simple, the other to buy manual in the first place
