Question Acer Revo - Adding more memory?

Anyone else got an Acer Revo (mines a 3600 model). It came with 1Gb of ram but could do with at least double that with windows 7.
I've looked on eBuyer which is where I bought it from and they have specific memory modules for the acer, yet checking acers own website they just state its DDR2 667Mhz sodimm?
Needless to say the ram on eBuyer that is specifically for it is £15 dearer than the non-specific stuff.

Has anyone got one of these Revos? and have you upgraded the Ram in it?

Matt

Was looking getting one of these when they were 120quid, not the windows 7 one though.
I'm sure they mentioned brekaing a warranty seal to upgrade the Ram, not that it would have bothered me.

Thanks for the link Joey.
Jack, I've took the plunge and ordered a Crucial 2GB DDR2 800MHz/PC2-6400 Laptop Memory. If it works I'll order another one.

Cracking little machine so far for me. Had to install XP Pro, which runs great, but also had some fun with Ubuntu and XBMC. It even came with a white keyboard and mouse, which was part of my spec sheet!

Well received my memory stick this morning, a little bit of jimmying off of the case (you have to break the warranty seal to unscrew one screw too).
Popped the memory in, put it back together and it works a treat. Makes a MASSIVE difference if, like me, you're running Windows 7.

The memory I bought was;
Crucial 2Gb 200-pin DDR2 SODIMM PC2 - 6400 CL6
