Default TY856WN3CA and LHD drive

Hi! I'm italian, and i've bought an UK TY856WN3CA gearbox setup for my project. Here in italy prices for a 6 speed setup are quite crazy...
My car is LHD, that box will fit on my car?
There are differences from LHD box and RHD box?
Really thanks!

LHD/RHD makes no difference to the transmission, you'll be fine.

Really thanks
I've always read the there aws no differences, but then i've found this:
Transmission assembly, Subaru IMPREZA ? Subaru parts catalog
that the code was for a rhd gearbox...
I've already sent the moneys via bank transfer and i've had a little bit of fear
Now i'm a bit more sure
Still, thanks!

You'll be fine, really. Any differences in part numbers will be down to the peculiarities of Subaru's part numbering systems than any technical differences. The 5 speed box has different part numbers for RHD and LHD for the same model year but the units themselves are exactly the same

The gear linkage isn't handed or optimised in any way for RHD or LHD use and neither are any other aspects so provided the box you've bought has the ratios you wanted, it'll nether know nor care where you're sitting in relation to it.

This box will be a little bit short for my 500bhp engine due to the 1.1:1 final reduction.
But i prefer shorter gearings...
In any case, on the oem market there isn't too much choice....
And a full conversion setup for 1700gbp seemed to me quite a good deal...
The only drawback is that it not have dccd....I can always exchange this box with another in the future if i'm not happy with it
