My 2007 car has HID as standard and i just owndered if you could help

any previous car i ve had goes through an up-down auto test adjustment when i turn the lights on.

MY Sub when switched on dosent - is this normal or should they do an up-down auto level test upon switch on?

My 56 WRX doesn't do it either - mine has the standard HID's.
Did wonder this myself.

 

Mine doesn't do it either. I assumed that it just constantly levels its self just the the fuel gauge is always at the current level.

As far as I'm aware legislation dictates that HID's must be auto leveling and have a wash facility.

 

cheers guys - must be how they are then. Mine does have the wash too and that works fine, spraying screen wash all over my beautifully finsihed paint! lol
