what spark plugs

what spark plugs do you lot recommend i should use in my 04 STi ? ive got a few days off so i thought id do the regular oil change and mite aswell do the plugs aswell.

gaps please aswell

its standard power aswell.

From: FB Tuning Workshop - HP27

NGK PFR6B are the original equipment and will be fine at standard power.

Fit a set of PFR7B if you plan to up the power output a bit

0.7mm gap

PFR7B and they came gapped at 0.70mm and checked the plugs PFR7G that came out and they were 0.70mm .I have 05 Jdm STI
