Some weeks ago I received a letter inviting me to a track day in Chertsey organised by Marlborough West London of Isleworth. I registered my interest the same morning but have heard nothing since.

Has anyone else heard about or registered for this?

You've got to be brave or good to do a track day at Chertsey (If it's what I'm thinking, then its the MoD test track at Chobham). I used to work there and there is absolutely no run-off, large trees everywhere. Plenty of wrecked cars every year, and thats just the motoring journalists.

Still at least all the corners are constant radius, nice and wide (designed for two tanks side by side) and a good challenge.

 

Aye got an invite last week and returned straight away - I'm sure the details will come.

As for the track - who cares - its not our cars we'll be driving
