Part number for the knock sensor is 22060AA070. However, before you order a new one, why do you think you need it?

Subaru changed the size of their standard oil filter in '03 but the design they've used since then fits all Imprezas, old and new, yes.

My car is down on power, backfireing alot more, and the "check engine" light has come on a couple of times, i read on here that this was the case with another owner and a maf and knock sensor sorted it out?? i am also going to give the car a major service.

so any genuine subaru oil filter will fit turbo 2000 impreza?

cheers

That's a bit of an *rs*-about tit way of going about fixing things Just because doing X and Y sorted another car with apparently similar symptoms, doing the same thing, especially in the context of 160 quid's worth of sensors, is a bit of a shot in the dark. There are loads of different things that could cause what you're experiencing so it'd be better to stop and take a breath rather than just replacing parts at random in the hope they'll sort things out. Could simply be that you need to clean the boost solenoid, for example. If that's the case you'll drop all that cash on new sensors and find the engine's still running badly.

Before you go any further, do a search and find out how to read the error codes off the ECU. You will then know exactly what caused the check engine light to illuminate, and from there you will be able to work out what to do next - and if necessary clean/examine/replace.

Once you've read off and noted the current errors, tell us what they are.

Well the one for the Justy won't, no. Just ask a Subaru dealer for an Impreza oil filter.
