Default Changing a gearbox bearing HELP!

I've got a noisy transfer box.
Can you change the bearings in it without taking out the gearbox? I thought that it might be possible if you remove the 9 bolts at the end of the gearbox?
I want to do it in situ if possible? And are there any special tools required?

Can anyone help?
