Default Garage damaged my car

Does anyone know what sort of repair is expectable. Subaru garage hit my 2003 impreza against a wall. Bumper bit missing and very badly scratched. Alloy is OZ Prodrive in Anthracite very chipped and scratched.

Not sure if they should have to replace or repair. Waiting to hear from garage today. The car and wheels were in perfect condition no marks at all.

thanks for any help

Speak to the manager and go from there. Dont lose your rag as they may just tell you to sod off.

Be polite but firm and state your requirement that your scoob is restored to it's original condition with new replacement parts and not repaired parts if that is your preferance.
Depending on how helpful individual staff are you will need to speak to the service manager and if he cannot help move onto the dealer principal to get what you want.

Good luck - let us know how you get on!
