Default hello everyone, im new (non sccoby owner, "yet")

hi all.

my name is Rob live in notts im 20 ,21 in october and about to be a dad of 2.

dont currently own a scooby, but hope to be looking for one in a month or so,

put some cash away and sell my fiat bravo once its mot'd (only bought to help a friend out, not into fiats lol)

at min also own a vauxhall cavalier 4x4 gsi and a volvo 850 saloon T5 running about 280bhp thanks to a re-map, its ment to be 300ish, but dout it, its not running to good at min . i like to get my hands dirty, trained as a mechanic at college and hate to pay someone else to fix my moter when i can do it myself, so if i can do it, or mite be able to al altleast attempt it

hope to get some cash together and venture into scooby ownership

Rob

A turbo2000 would be the better choice, but try and get a 99/00 spec if you can afford one

WRX's are group 20 insurance and are very similar to the Turbo 2000.
Where as a Turbo 2000 is ins grp 17.

How much are you looking to spend on a scooby cos you should be able to pick up a nice 99/00 for 2.5-3k
